Stephanie Schiff, LLMSW
Changes, big or small, are never easy to handle and sometimes we need help. Stephanie’s greatest passion is working with young adults to navigate social, educational, and life transitions. Her professional and personal desire is to help teens find empowerment and ownership over their lives in a meaningful way that allows them to grow into adults who feel whole and worthy. Stephanie helps clients to develop healthy coping skills, enhance communication skills, and practice mindfulness that can help them to create and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others.
She has experience working with adolescents with a range of anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustment disorder. She engages in evidence-based practices, specializing in Cognitive Based Therapy. Some of Stephanie’s most rewarding work has been with military families and multi-racial families.
Stephanie was born and raised in Michigan where she holds her LLMSW. Stephanie obtained both her Bachelors of Art in Social Work and Master of Social Work from Salisbury University.
