Inquiry for Mental Health Counseling Services

Pediatric and Adult Behavioral Counseling is currently open to new clients seeking counseling services. We accept a range of insurance providers, including BCBS, BCN, Aetna, UHC, Oxford, Oscar Health, and HSA. Additionally, we welcome out-of-network and private pay clients.

Please note that we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. However, we offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. For any questions related to insurance, we have an informative Insurance Q&A page available and you can find our private pay rates listed here.

If you prefer the confidentiality of private pay and want to keep your medical diagnosis undisclosed to your insurance company, feel free to inquire about our customized Counseling and Therapy Rates tailored specifically to your insurance coverage. For clients who are out-of-network, we offer the convenience of providing a SuperBill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It’s important to note that while not all insurance companies offer reimbursement, it’s still worth exploring this option.

If you're new to the process of finding a therapist, we recommend visiting our frequently asked questions page, which addresses common inquiries about therapy.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy: A non-refundable scheduling fee of $200 applies unless appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within a 24-hour notice. In addition, a $35 fee will be charged for missed or late-cancelled appointments according to the following schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: Before 8:55 am and after 7:05 pm
  • Friday: Before 8:55 am and after 5:05 pm
  • Weekends
  • Same-day appointments

Please note that these fees are not covered by insurance.

During the summer season, we have limited evening and weekend hours. Many employers and school districts are supportive and understanding when it comes to mental health counseling, often promoting and providing accommodations for such appointments. If you need immediate counseling assistance, we recommend reading our informative guide on "What to do if you need counseling now" for further information.

**We are only accepting children and adults ages 12 and up at this time
If client has an email, we will use this email to send self assessments and appointment reminders. If client does not have an email, please leave blank.
