I'm Drita, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan with over 15 years of experience. Witnessing individuals overcome mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and life stressors inspired me to become a therapist and empower others on their journeys to healing and well-being. Inspired by the transformative power of talk therapy, I pursued a career in mental health to empower others towards healing and well-being.

Education and Career
I graduated from Wayne State University in 2001 and have cultivated a diverse therapeutic background spanning residential facilities, hospital settings, outpatient therapy, and private practice. This allows me to understand and address a wide range of client needs from various perspectives.

Additionally, I am an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) therapist, offering an evidence-based technique that uses eye movements to help process trauma, anxiety, and other challenges effectively and efficiently. This intervention has been clinically proven to relieve moderate symptoms in one session!
