It is important to understand risks and restrictions when billing insurance. Once you review both these articles, you may reconsider private pay for your mental health services.

If you are a subscriber to an insurance plan that we are contracted with and prefer to pay out of pocket to avoid a medical diagnosis sent to your insurance, please see our rates below. If you are out of network, we will supply you with a SuperBill so that you may submit to your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement. Not all insurance companies reimburse, but it doesn’t hurt to ask! Be sure to check out our insurance most frequently asked questions and answers.

We are not a provider for Medicaid or Medicare insurance at this time.

Due to the mental health crisis, we have a very strict cancellation policy. Missed appointments represent a cost to us, you, to other clients and potential clients that could have been seen during the time set aside for you or your child.

• Cancellations are required within 24 hours prior to your appointment
• Cancellations due to illness require four hour notice via phone call or text to our office or your therapist

Cancellations must be made to avoid full charge of appointment fee including intake assessments. Cancellations are not covered by insurance and will be billed to your credit card on file same day as appointment.

Appointment arrivals 7 minutes or greater than the scheduled appointment time may result in the need to reschedule or will be billed at private pay rates as we will be unable to bill insurance for your session. Please review our Cancellation Policy for more information.
